The Doggie D'tail Shop strives to give great customer service and a great experience. In that vain we  suggest that you arrive a bit early for your appointment, so we can discuss your pet's styling and answer any questions you may have.

Appointments arriving more than 20 minutes late may have to be rescheduled.

We do NOT sedate pets for grooming and prefer pets NOT to be sedated. If your pet needs sedation please have a vets office with a grooming dept. groom them , that will be in the best interest for your pet. I reserve my right to refuse or not  continue to groom a pet, that I deem aggressive, or for health, or age issues.

Pets with stitches, open wounds or communicable diseases cannot be groomed until cleared by your vet. 

Any pet that is badly matted may have to be put into a "smoothie" clip. I will always do my best, but the safety, and comfort of  your pet comes before cosmetic desires. I will discuss with you the possibilty of a "smoothie" at check in.

Kindly give 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Inclement weather: The Doggie D'tail Shop may have to reschedule your appointment due to bad weather, and will do our best to reschedule your appointment ASAP.

The Doggie D'tail Shop accepts cash and checks at this time. Returned checks: There will be a $35 dollar return check fee added to the grooming fee.

Please  pick up your pet before the end of work day. Any pets still in the shop after hours will be subject to a pet sitting fee of $6.00/ per half hour.
